Rob Sewell

Rob has spent more than twenty winters in the Three Valleys. After 14 years as a ski bum he cleaned up his act, got his international ski teachers ticket and has now been teaching full time for 8 winters.

He works on his own and has a loyal group of regular clients.

Kids seem to love him, probably because he doesn’t talk down to them and has a comfortable air of authority. His other fan base is terrified ladies! Quite how that came about he is unable to tell us.

His teaching is based on simple common sense ideas and is often a revelation to holiday skiers who have become bogged down in the myths of ski technique… a short time with Rob it becomes clear what works and what doesn’t. He knows the ski area like the back of his hand and a lot of his clients use him to find them the best snow and a suitable spot for lunch. Some of him colleagues call him the lunch instructor which he considers to be very unfair!

Rob is very flexible and will do 2 hours to 3 weeks. He sometimes even allows his clients to take him with them to other resorts.

His day rate is 350€.
